How to Build Muscles

Many people, especially men, dream of having a strong, toned body that they can be proud of. To build muscles, it takes more than just a rigorous exercise program to help your body develop muscles in the right places. In general, here are some guidelines that will help you reach your goal:

However, as protein is a heavy workload for the kidneys, it is important not to go beyond the maximum limit of 2.5 grams per kilogram of body weight per day to make sure that you are compromising your kidneys in the process. Also make sure not to forget other important nutrients that your body needs, and balance it properly with your recommended daily calorie intake and good fat. 2.    Eat consistently. While many trainers will suggest that you eat like a horse, the key to bulking up is eating consistently every two hours with nutritious food 
choices.

3.    Be consistent with your exercise program including intake of supplements like bio serum but allow intervals for rest in a week to allow your muscles to heal, recover, and get stronger. Strength and resistance exercises are ideally increased over time to adjust to your body's developing strength and endurance. Warm up before exercises and save your stretches after your routine.
